Stove and Co. Restaurant Group Announces New Boutique Steakhouse Heading to Malvern

Stove and Co. Restaurant Group continues its takeover of the Main Line and Western Suburbs with news of a new boutique restaurant opening in Malvern this winter. Owners Justin Weathers and Joe Monnich announce Joey Chops will open this February at 245 Lancaster Ave, Malvern, PA 19355. The new concept will take over the former home of Stove and Tap Malvern. Joey Chops will put a modern twist on the classic American steakhouse, with woodfired prime cuts, bright flavors, amazing seafood, new classic cocktails, and outstanding service. The 7,500 square foot restaurant and bar space will feature 135+ seats in the main dining room, private dining room, indoor bar and outdoor bar and lounge spaces. Renovations are currently underway, and will include all new furniture, the addition of tablecloths and new décor, a softening of the space, a new private dining room and event space, updates the the floorplan, and an extended selection of spirits and wines. When opened, Joey Chops will join other Stove and Co. concepts that include DePaul's Table: Modern Italian Steakhouse in Ardmore, Al Pastor in Exton, Stove and Tap in West Chester and Lansdale, Revival Pizza Pub in Exton Springs, and GBU (Good Bad and Ugly) in West Chester.

Main Line Today Restaurant Week Returns for Fall with 40+ Restaurants and New Dining Options

Main Line Today and Today Media announce the 2022 Main Line Today Fall Restaurant Week, presented by Firstrust Bank, running August 22nd through September 4th, 2022. The 14-day culinary celebration will bring together and showcase the talents of top chefs, restaurants and purveyors in Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester counties. Participating restaurants will offer special three-course or four-course prix fixe menus with all new price points for the event's return. For lunch look for $25, $30, and/or $35 menus (plus beverage, tax and gratuity) or for dinner look for $30, $45, and/or $55 menus (plus beverage, tax and gratuity). Restaurants can choose what works best for them, offering lunch, dinner, or both—dine-in or takeout. Foodies from across the tri-state area are invited to save the date, make their reservations, and come hungry for the tastiest weeks of early fall. Early sign-ups have netted some of the most celebrated names in the Main Line region, including 118 North, Amis Trattoria, Autograph Brasserie, Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, Jasper's Backyard, Lola's Garden, Pizzeria Vetri, King of Prussia and Devon, Savona, Stove and Tap, Streetlight Kitchen & Bar, Terrain Cafe, Verbena BYOB and more. New additions for fall include Autana Authentic Venezulan Food, Bar Alimentari at Di Bruno Bros., Fayette Street Oyster House, Gullifty's, Osushi, Rosa Mexicano, Roz & Rocco’s and more. Grand Opening: Stove and Tap Owners Debut GBU Bar and Speakeasy in West Chester

Downtown West Chester will get a colorful new addition to its bustling food and drink scene this week. Stove and Co. Restaurant Group partners Justin Weathers and Joseph Monnich announce the grand opening of Good Bad and Ugly this Thursday, January 27th at 4:00pm at 158 West Gay Street, underneath Stove and Tap West Chester. This is the first-ever bar-focused concept from the owners/partners of Stove and Tap, Revival Pizza Pub, Al Pastor and DePaul's Table. This opening represents the group's fifth grand opening during the pandemic as they expand across the Main Line and Western Suburbs. Good Bad and Ugly is Stove and Co's playful and modern twist on an old-fashioned underground dive bar, where they will serve up drinks, beers, bar food, vibes, games, music and sports five nights a week. There are three sides to every story and GBU will tell them all - the good, the bad and the ugly. Come as you are, be who you are, and be prepared to let your hair down and have a good ole time. The 2,000 square foot space features seating for 52 people, including at the giant 80+ foot long bar. Games include West Chester's only pool table, plus foosball and shuffleboard. Modern day cowboy vibes take inspiration from old fashioned spaghetti westerns and bring together elements from the owners' love of Clint Eastwood and Quentin Tarantino movies. Bar bites include fare executed by Stove and Tap West Chester's Executive Chef Yasser Wolf.

Stove and Co. Restaurant Group announces the grand opening of Revival Pizza Pub this Friday, June 18th at 4:00pm at Weatherstone Town Center. Revival Pizza Pub is both a new brick-and-mortar restaurant and a new hospitality concept by owners Justin Weathers and Joe Monnich, in partnership this time with Hankin Group. This new opening comes hot on the heels of recent openings by Weathers and Monnich in West Chester with Stove and Tap and DePaul's Table in Ardmore. When the doors open, patrons will find in Revival a spacious, stylish and welcoming 6,700 square foot dining room that has a 40-foot shaped L bar, expansive and distanced dining for up to 190 people, modern vibes, natural light and a giant outdoor cafe area with shaded tables. For the menu, Monnich and his culinary team will focus on Modern American fare including housemade pasta, mussels, handhelds, small plates and pizza using Monnich's secret sourdough recipe.
