Northern Liberties Night Market Set to Debut with Food Trucks, Entertainment & Fun Surprises

2nd Street Festival is proud to announce the launch of the Northern Liberties Night Market Series. This inaugural series of outdoor food festivals is rolling into the single fastest growing neighborhood in Philadelphia on Thursday, September 23rd, from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, on N. 2nd Street between Fairmount and Poplar streets. This new event will take place every spring and fall, and is a pivot and expansion by the operators of the city's 2nd Street Festival, which has been on hold during the pandemic. For this first event, look for dozens of food trucks, food vendors, shopping vendors, sidewalk cafes, entertainment, family fun, lawn games, music, street performers, and a couple other fun surprises. Ardmore Oktoberfest Returns with Picnic in the Plaza with Music, Beer and BBQ

Prost! Ardmore Initiative presents the 11th Annual Ardmore Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm with a Picnic in the Plaza! Schauffele Plaza (adjacent to Tired Hands Fermentaria) will again be filled with live music, food and music, plus beer garden-style reserved seating. Tired Hands Brewing Company and Levante Brewing will offer several beer selections that include local and seasonal favorites. Sophie’s BBQ will come prepped with a portable smoker to churn out their popular pulled pork and brisket sandwiches and Jack McShea’s will serve German-inspired fare like bratwurst, homemade Bavarian pretzels, and more. Live music and delicious desserts will round out the early evening fun. VIP advance table reservations are $85 per party that includes a dedicated table for three hours for four to eight guests, plus the first four beers to start the night.

Timed perfectly for the start of nice weather and expanded outdoor dining options, over 20 of the neighborhood's biggest names will offer two course (plus non-alcoholic beverage) lunches for $10 or $15, and three course dinners for $15, $20 and $25. Ardmore Celebrates The Holidays With Rally For Restaurants, Tree Lighting, And Santa Claus

Celebrate holidays on the Main Line with a month of festive offerings in Downtown Ardmore starting on Black Friday and running through December 23rd. The downtown business community kicks off the holidays with the Ardmore Holiday Kick-Off and Tree Lighting on Black Friday, November 27th, at 5:00pm. Ardmore Initiative, Ardmore Business Association and sponsor PECO will live stream Santa's arrival and the lighting of the Christmas Tree with special guest Cinderella by A Dash of Magic. The thirty minute program will feature a surprise entrance for Jolly Ole St. Nick himself, songs by everyone's favorite princess Cinderella presented by A Dash of Magic Events, and remarks by local dignitaries. The Holiday Rally for Ardmore Restaurants and Retail will then start on Small Business Saturday, November 28th and run through December 23rd.
