Stoudts Brewing Makes a Comeback, Partners with Evil Genius Beer Company

A Pennsylvania-based craft brewing pioneer is making its triumphant return to the state’s beer scene this fall. Stoudts, one of Pennsylvania’s first craft breweries, closed its doors after more than a 30 year run in 2020. Now, just two years later, the trailblazing brewing company is back, having partnered with Evil Genius Beer Company. Stoudts Oktoberfest, a traditional German-style Lager, returns on August 1st throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region, Northeastern Pennsylvania and Central Pennsylvania. The signature beer's return is timed perfectly for upcoming fall festival and Oktoberfest season.

Now the Philadelphia based brewery is making waves with a whole new series of summer fun with drag brunches thanks to their partnership with Summer of Troy Productions.Hot the heels (figuratively and literally) several sold-out Swiftie themed-drag shows in the spring, Evil Genius returns with a full line-up for July, August and September, including Hoedown Throwdown: A Country Drag Brunch celebrating Pop Country's biggest stars from Jolene to car keyin' Carrie and everything in between at Evil Genius Beer Company on July 24th; Ariana Grande Vs. Mariah Carey: Battle of The Vocal Wobblers Drag Brunch on August 7th, and Brunch (Taylor’s Version): A Swifties Drag Brunch Special on August 21st and September 4th. Sheetz, a major Mid-Atlantic restaurant and convenience chain, announced the release of a new, limited-edition vanilla cappuccino craft beer dubbed ‘Project Vanilla Shteam Machine.’ The second craft beer brewed in partnership with Evil Genius Beer Company, the beer will go on sale at 4:00pm on Friday, September 3rd and will be available at 58 Sheetz stores across Pennsylvania. The beer will also be available in Philadelphia at The Lab at Evil Genius Beer Company in Fishtown, at 1727 N Front St, Philadelphia, PA 19122. Additionally, a limited number of cases will be available for sale at upcoming Evil Genius Beer Company 10th Anniversary events, including the Evil Genius Beer Food Truck Festival on September 9th, the Eagles Tailgate Block Party on September 12th, Evil Genius Beer Company's 10th Anniversary Party on September 25th and Under the El Bazaar on September 30th.

Evil Genius Beer Company announces the grand opening of two new beer pop-up shops in Northern Liberties and Rittenhouse neighborhoods. Serious beer with seriously funny names are coming to new Evil Genius Kwik-E Beer Pop-up Shops at 702 N. 2nd Street and 1602 Spruce Street starting today at 5:00pm. The Fishtown-based brewery will pivot and expand with their first ever brick-and-mortar locations beyond The Lab at 1727 Front Street with these first new beer shop concepts just in time for the holidays. Evil Genius Kwik-E Beer Pop-up Shops will now represent a new direction that Evil Genius is exploring for future pop-up and retail opportunities. The concept was developed to bring Evil Genius into new places in an all new way, and to ensure that Evil Genius can continue to keep employees employed and working through the pandemic - especially as indoor dining has closed at The Lab and cold weather will affect the outdoor Evil Genius Beer Garden.

Evil Genius Beer Company and Miller High Life announce they have teamed up to release a brand-new collaboration brew, Brunch So Hard Orange and Mango IPA. The brew is an Orange and Mango IPA that is inspired by the Champagne of Beers, playing on the boozy brunch favorite, the Mimosa, and carving out its own niche as the new Mimosa of Beers. This new collaboration brew is a limited edition that was driven by the creative minds at Evil Genius Beer Company. It combines the components of both High Life and Evil Genius beers. Brunch So Hard will be available for a limited time in stores throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey starting on October 12th.
