Now the Philadelphia based brewery is making waves with a whole new series of summer fun with drag brunches thanks to their partnership with Summer of Troy Productions.Hot the heels (figuratively and literally) several sold-out Swiftie themed-drag shows in the spring, Evil Genius returns with a full line-up for July, August and September, including Hoedown Throwdown: A Country Drag Brunch celebrating Pop Country's biggest stars from Jolene to car keyin' Carrie and everything in between at Evil Genius Beer Company on July 24th; Ariana Grande Vs. Mariah Carey: Battle of The Vocal Wobblers Drag Brunch on August 7th, and Brunch (Taylor’s Version): A Swifties Drag Brunch Special on August 21st and September 4th. Philadelphia proudly celebrates June as Philly Gay Pride Month. We’ve compiled a list of 45 top ways to celebrate Gay Pride in our amazing city. While the pandemic pressed pause on events last year, Philly Gay Pride has never been stronger and more important. The pandemic has had a profoundly negative impact on our city’s LGBTQ community. Gay owned businesses were forced to shut down. Gay organizations and non-profits lost critical revenue for life-saving programs. The pandemic forced gay teens and college students into quarantine and isolation - losing the safety net of our city’s diverse and supportive larger community. Older gay seniors who sometimes already experience higher rates of social isolation were further isolated during months of prescribed social distancing and staying at home. The list continues as to how the pandemic specifically affected our gay and queer community - and it’s time to look ahead, come together and support one another. TopCatt Cabaret Debuts at Concourse Dance Bar with Monthly Drag and Burlesque Residency

Concourse Dance Bar (1635 Market Street) welcomes a brand new monthly variety show that is set to dazzle starting Wednesday, July 28th. Philadelphia Drag Queen Maria TopCatt will host the brand-new TopCatt Cabaret, a star-studded adults-only show with a rotating cast of top drag and burlesque performers. Each month guests can anticipate a new, exciting cast of local and special headliners from across the country. In between acts, and after performances, a mixture of dance, pop, and top 40 music is played to keep the mood and energy elevated. For TopCatt Cabaret's debut, look for performances by host Maria Topcatt, as well as Bebe Bardeaux, Anita Manhattan, Chasity St. Cartier, Ashanti Doll and Mika Romantic. Doors will open at 8:30pm. The Instagram-famous ball pit will be open before the show and during intermission.

Come Alive 215 x Meet Philadelphia Pride Workout, Drag Show and Picnic Brunch brings together a morning of movement, celebration, charity and community on Saturday, June 12, 2021, from 9:15am to 1:30pm. Hot off of winning Best of Philly for 2020 Best Virtual Workout and exercise class, fitness gurus Kim Harari and Shannon Brennan will bring their electric, contagious and community-driven fitness experience to the Lawn at Park Towne Place (2200 Benjamin Franklin Parkway). The event will feature a 45 minute workout programmed for all fitness levels, followed by a drag show and a picnic brunch. Brunch bites will be provided by one of Philadelphia's most celebrated chefs, Michael Solomonov of Zahav, Federal Donuts, Dizengoff, Abe Fisher and Goldie.
