Craftsman Row Saloon Debuts New Halloween Nightmare Before Christmas Pop-Up

Craftsman Row Saloon, at 112 S. 8th Street, announces the return of their Halloween pop-up experience. This year Philadelphia's most famous holiday theme pop-up restaurant will go over the top for a new Tim Burton inspired experience that will have you saying Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetle.. and Friends! This year the theme is Nightmare Before Christmas - and Friends. Building off the popularity of the first year and inspired by the movie, characters such as Jack Skellington, Sally and the Boogie Man are  joined by friends from Beetlejuice and the series Wednesday. Come ready for 2,000 more Halloween Lights, 100’s more skull and bones, 500 more feet of cobwebs, 50 more floating ghouls plus nods to your favorite characters. Booths are even adorned in Beetlejuice fashion and several skeleton walls and spooky candles frame the space.  With the Halloween take-over in the dining room comes with two new themed milkshakes that are over-the-top and feature elaborate decorations, giant cookies and more. On the Halloween menu of food additions look for pumpkin mac n cheese, witches fingers, Jack-O’-Lantern Guacamole and Chips, Jack's Baked Mac and Cheese, Sally's Quesadillas, Mummy Stromboli, Vampire Burger and more. From the bar, look for a special menu of potions and cocktails including a Blood Bag, Charman Marg, Pumpkin King Marg, Pinata Full of Spiders Mojito, Skellington Sangria and a special drink paying nod to Beetlejuice himself. Glu Hospitality presents a limited-edition end-of-summer experience with the grand opening of Leda and The Swan Pop-up Cocktail Garden at 1033 N. 2nd Street, running from Saturday, August 21 to Sunday, September 5, 2021. The new al fresco cocktail and music hideaway will pop-up outside of the former home of Wahlburgers, next to the Piazza and across from El Camino and SET No Libs. This outdoor space come September will be part of one of the city's largest openings of the year when Glu will debut two side-by-side restaurant concepts Figo Ristorante and Figo Pizzeria. Bridget Foy will return to 2nd and South (200 South) for the first time since the devastating fire in 2017 that saw the family restaurant and neighborhood corner hub close down and get destroyed. Bridget Foy's - the new Bridget Foy's - was expected to open as a surprise to Philly this week. Nightmare Before Tinsel Pops Up With Socially Distanced Halloween Restaurant

Ghosts and ghouls, witching hour approaches. Teddy Sourias and Craft Concepts Group - the creators of Philadelphia's Christmas Pop-up Bar - announces the grand opening of Nightmare Before Tinsel. This year, during the global pandemic, the former spooky season pop-up bar will return as a socially distanced haunted restaurant with food, drink and art. Nightmare Before Tinsel will creak open its doors this Friday, October 2, 2020, at 4:00pm. Weekly hours are Monday through Friday, from 4:00pm to 11:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday, from 2:00pm to 11:00pm. Full table service for parties of four to six will be available for outdoor seating in a brand new and expansive haunted parklette and streetery. NIghtmare will also serve legal cocktails-to-go and food outside the front window. All guests must wear a mask when not seated. All tables are socially distanced at least six feet apart. Staff will follow all local, state and national health and safety recommendations including disposal menus, the use of a menu QR code, wiping down of all surfaces, wearing masks and other protocols in place for the safety of not just the patrons but the staff as well. Tickets are available for an introductory rate of $15 for the launch of Nightmare for the first week, and tickets after that will range from $15 to $20. Tickets include one food and one drink item.
