Wells Fargo Center Partners with Iron Chef Jose Garces for New Culinary Concept Garces Eats

Wells Fargo Center and James Beard Award-winning Iron Chef Jose Garces today announced plans for a new culinary concept, Garces Eats, to debut at the arena in October at the start of the 2022-23 NHL and NBA seasons. Garces Eats will replace The Bistro stand on the Broad Street side of the Club Level at Wells Fargo Center and will feature a rotating menu to highlight many of Chef Garces’ most notable dishes from his iconic restaurants throughout Philadelphia.

Philadelphia and Main Line restaurants will close out 2020 with special dinners, feasts, kid-friendly day-time events, brunches and more. Highlights include Garces Trading Company offering food from Amada, The Olde Bar, Village Whiskey, and J.G. Domestic. Glu Hospitality will be having the Kids Countdown to New Year's with Cinderella at the Igloos, and other offerings at Germantown Garden Grill and Germantown Garden. New Years Eve Dining will also take place at Positano Coast, Harper’s Garden, and Delice et Chocolat. Garces Trading Company will officially make a grand return and debut this week as a brand-new, advanced ghost kitchen, restaurant hub and online marketplace. Fans of Chef Jose Garces will be able to order, for the first time ever, their favorite dishes from iconic restaurant brands such as Amada, The Olde Bar and Village Whiskey - all in one order and from one location for pick-up, take-out and delivery. When indoor dining shut down city restaurants this past week, Garces has consolidated all restaurant kitchens into one giant ghost kitchen and hub that will now operate out of The Olde Bar in Old City District. Patrons will be able to order, with one click of a button, their Garces favorites like The Olde Bar's Crab Cake, Jeff's Fried Chicken, and Crab and Corn Chowder; Amada's Pulpo a la Gallega, Albondigas and Jamon Serrano; and Village Whiskey's Village Burger, Baby Back Ribs, Golden Hot Wings and the new Bing Crosby Burger of the Month.
