Garces Trading Company Debuts Month-long Paella Madness Celebration With Chef Jose Garces

Garces Trading Company is putting a Spanish foodie twist on March Madness with a new month-long celebration called Paella Madness. Chef Jose Garces has created four crazy and modern twists on the very traditional Spanish dish. Each week look for a new paella to debut, including braised short rib paella, whole roasted trout paella with squid ink bomba rice, acorn squash paella, and whole roasted chicken with fig and pine nut paella. Each featured paella comes complete with a choice of Ensalada Verde or Semplice Salad, plus family-style portions of Beef Sliders, Chicken Brochettes and Octopus & Fingerling Potato Brochettes. Garces fans can host a Paella Party at their homes with either the heat and serve option or the ready-to-eat option. Pick-up and delivery are available out of the Garces Trading Company ghost kitchen and virtual marketplace, operating from The Olde Bar in Old City at 125 Walnut Street.
