33rd Street Hospitality Announces The Debut Of The Revolution Taco Food Truck - Ready To Roll For Spring Event Season

33rd Street Hospitality Catering is taking the tacos on the road! Chefs Michael Sultan and Carolyn Nguyen announce the debut of the Revolution Taco Food Truck - inspired by their brick and mortar at 2015 Walnut Street. The food truck will feature many customer favorites from the menu at the Rittenhouse Square eatery, along with several food truck exclusives. The truck will also serve as a testing ground for new dishes to be added to the restaurant’s menu. Philadelphia’s newest food truck will make its official debut at three of the spring’s biggest neighborhood food festivals, including StrEAT Food Festival in Manayunk (April 9), Cinco De Mayo at the Piazza at Schmidt's Commons (May 5) and South Street Spring Festival (May 6).

Teddy Sourias of Craft Concepts Group (BRU Craft & Wurst, U-Bahn, Uptown Beer Garden, Finn McCool's Ale House) announces a new chef, new menu and the debut of happy hour at Cinder at 1500 Locust Street. The Rittenhouse neighborhood cider/sour bar and artisan pizza kitchen welcomes Oliver Muguia as the new Executive Chef. Munguia debuts his first menu since taking over the kitchen, with over a dozen new dishes including pale ale mussels, arrabbiata wood-fired pizza, duck spring rolls, mojo shrimp and octopus, cherry and chevre salad and mushroom empanaditas.
