Philadelphia restaurant SliCE will give away free pizza slices on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, between 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Owners Marlo and Jason Dilks have a growing family of six daughters and they have been teaching their family about the importance of being active in their community, being civic minded and exercising their freedom to vote. After a challenging year with the global pandemic, and a long election season, the couple will head out to six polling places that are expected to have long lines and give away free slices of pizza to those waiting to cast their ballot. No purchase is required and this is for anyone of any political background - no matter who you are supporting you can enjoy a free slice at outside polling places when SliCE arrives while supplies last.

SliCE Pizza of the Seven Fishes Puts Twist on Italian Christmas Eve Tradition

Marlo and Jason Dilks of SliCE announce the return of their annual holiday pie, Pizza of the 7 Fishes. This special seasonal pizza is inspired by their families' Christmas Eve traditions and by a seven course seven fish dinner popular in South Philadelphia. Pizza of the 7 Fishes features mozarella topped with clams, mussels, shrimp, tuna, crab meat and sardine all sauteed with fresh olive oil and garlic, and topped with anchovies, fresh lemon and basil. Pizza of the 7 Fishes and other December special holiday dishes are available through January 2, 2018.

SliCE Fishtown Gives Away Free Pizza in Philadelphia

Marlo and Jason Dilks celebrate the first anniversary of SliCE Fishtown with a weekend-long pizza party that starts on Friday, November 17, 2017. On Friday, enjoy a free pizza slice at the Fishtown location from 11am to 1pm and 5-7pm. Philadelphia is invited to stop by the first organic SliCE location at 431 E. Girard Avenue with no purchase required. Pizza varieties served will include new November specials - and varieties will rotate throughout the day. As part of the weekend-long celebration, all four SliCElocations will serve up all existing large signature pies for $10 for dine-in and take-out - including every signature variety on the menu. Long-time favorites include Truffled Ribeye, Truffle, Goat Cheese Bacon and Caramelized Onions, Hawaiian, Hand-cut Pepperoni, Sausage and Peppers, and more. The $10 special also includes the November pizzas of the month. Ten dollar pizzas will also include all gluten-free varieties. Also, to sweeten the fun, SliCE's sugar donuts are one dollar all weekend to celebrate one year!

Slice Hosts Grand Opening Of New Fishtown Location With Free Pizza Giveaway

Marlo and Jason Dilks announce the grand opening of their first organic SliCE location this coming Friday, October 28, 2016, at 431 East Girard Avenue. To celebrate the grand opening, the Dilks will give away free pizza slices on Friday between 11:00am-1:00pm and 4:00pm-7:00pm. Selections will include signature long-time favorites (like Margherita, Florentine and Truffled Ribeye) and new Fishtown exclusive pies (like The Fig, Brussels Sprout, Lemon and Fennel). One slice per person will be given out, and no purchase is required. The full food menu will be available online starting on Friday at slicepa.com.
