Valley Forge Casino Resort (1160 First Avenue) welcomes Canadian rock band Barenaked Ladies to Valley Forge Music Fair on Saturday, April 22, 2017. The band is still together after nearly three decades, producing 14 studio albums which have collectively sold more than 14 million copies, won eight Juno Awards, earned multiple Grammy nominations, a U.S. chart-topping single (“One Week”) and the theme song to one of TV’s most popular shows, “The Big Bang Theory.” Doors open of The Event Center at 7:00pm and the show starts at 8:00pm. Following five Barrymore wins, Theatre Exile continues their 20th anniversary season with Lost Girls by John Pollono. This hard-hitting drama is the story of three generations of women struggling to rise above their limited prospects, in a world indifferent to their struggles, to prevent history from repeating itself. The show is directed by Exile’s Founding Artistic Director Joe Canuso and features an ensemble cast with Catharine Slusar, Trevor William Fayle, Sean Bradley, Molly Ward, Amy Frear and Susanne Collins. Bru, U-Bahn And Cinder Tap 92 Kegs of Sours, Ciders And Stouts On Pro Bowl Sunday Jan 29th

BRU Craft & Wurst, U-Bahn and Cinder will unleash 92 kegs of rare, fancy and unique drafts on Pro Bowl Sunday, January 29th during Sour Bowl, Stout Bowl and new Cider Bowl. Since Philly Beer Week back in June, Craft Concepts (the group behind the three bars) has been squirreling away hard-to-get keys that include sours, wild ales, funky ciders and tops in imperial IPAs and stouts. Taps start pouring at BRU (1318 Chestnut Street) with Sour Bowl III at 11:00am, followed by Cider Bowl I at Cinder (1500 Locust) at 2:00pm, then crossing back over Broad to Stout Bowl II at U-Bahn (1320 Chestnut) at 4:00pm. At 6:00pm, look for ten bonus kegs to pour back up at BRU with a special Sour Bowl Overtime featuring Russian River. All beers will be specially priced between $7 and $10 (average) and are available first come, first served until kegs kick. Howl at the Moon brings the dueling piano experience to Philadelphia’s suburbs starting this week. Valley Forge Casino Resort (1160 First Avenue) and The Vault nightclub and music venue welcome Howl at the Moon each and every Saturday, with the grand opening slated for January 14, 2017. Get ready to sing, dance and howl as the versatile and talented musicians perform live music from 80’s rock, 90’s pop and today’s dance hits on pianos. New York’s lovable Queen of Mean, Lisa Lampanelli brings her raw brand of comedy to The Venue on Saturday, January 28, 2016 for two shows at 7:00pm and 10:00pm. Howard Stern alum and MadTV’s Artie Lange brings his stand-up act to the Event Center on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 8:00pm.
