Steve Singer Jewelers remembers and acknowledges the 20th anniversary of the 9-11 attacks with the release of a special anniversary edition of the 9-11 Never Forget Pin on sale now for only ten dollars. Every dollar from sales of the pin will be donated to The Garden of Reflection, Pennsylvania's official 9-11 memorial. This year's pin is bright silver in color, and it measures an inch by an inch. The design features a special 20th Anniversary red ribbon. This is the last and final year to purchase the pin - and show you honor and remember all that were lost on September 11, 2001. This annual fundraiser originally started in partnership with talk-radio show star Michael Smerconish from SiriusXM/CNN back in 2009. Since then, pin sales have generated over $500,000 for The Garden of Reflection, as well as other charities. The pin is now on sale on the Steven Singer website and it is available in the store.

Bristol Riverside Theatre Returns to the Stage with In-Person Shows for 35th Season

Bristol Riverside Theatre (120 Radcliffe St.) is excited for an in-person return to the stage for the company’s 35th season. Co-Producing Directors Amy and Ken Kaissar are delighted to announce their first full season since taking the helm. The curtain will rise again starting with the two-person madcap musical Murder for Two from September 21st to October 10th. Next up, look for Skeleton Crew by award-winning playwright Dominique Morrisseau from November 2nd to November 21st. In winter, BRT presents a mystery between two high school students in Lauren Gunderson’s I and You from January 25th to February 13th.

Craft Hall Unleashes Philadelphia’s Only Dog Park And Beer Garden

Philadelphia’s largest restaurant announces a major expansion outside with the addition of the city’s only hybrid dog park and beer garden. Craft Hall announces the grand opening of “Unleashed Bark and Beer” and “Puppy Porch” this Friday, July 30th, at 4:00pm, at 901 N. Delaware Avenue. Dog owners and their four-legged friends are invited to enjoy the dog days of summer in the new off-leash dog park, beer garden and dog-friendly dining patio. Unleashed will feature 2,000+ square feet of fenced in, secured park space. Beer, wine, cocktails, themed cocktails and new dog cocktails will be available. Guests will place their contactless order using a QR code on their phone.

TopCatt Cabaret Debuts at Concourse Dance Bar with Monthly Drag and Burlesque Residency

Concourse Dance Bar (1635 Market Street) welcomes a brand new monthly variety show that is set to dazzle starting Wednesday, July 28th. Philadelphia Drag Queen Maria TopCatt will host the brand-new TopCatt Cabaret, a star-studded adults-only show with a rotating cast of top drag and burlesque performers. Each month guests can anticipate a new, exciting cast of local and special headliners from across the country. In between acts, and after performances, a mixture of dance, pop, and top 40 music is played to keep the mood and energy elevated. For TopCatt Cabaret's debut, look for performances by host Maria Topcatt, as well as Bebe Bardeaux, Anita Manhattan, Chasity St. Cartier, Ashanti Doll and Mika Romantic. Doors will open at 8:30pm. The Instagram-famous ball pit will be open before the show and during intermission.

Wonderspaces Philadelphia announces the debut of three new installations coming to the Philadelphia Fashion District just in time for summer. Starting Wednesday, June 30th, Wonderspaces welcomes Our Top 100 by Jody Servon, Erupture by Nicole Banowetz, and Micromonumental Mapping: The Essence of Creation by Limelight. The new exhibits join other recent additions and continuing installations, such as Submergence by Squidsoup, Body Paint by Memo Akten and Thank You Bags by Reed van Brunschot. Wonderspaces continues to be a unique, interactive and socially distanced activity for locals, neighbors and visitors in the heart of Center City. Wonderspaces is currently operating at reduced capacity, making the experience even more personal and intimate. Timed with the launch of these new installations, Wonderspaces will expand capacity to 20 people per every fifteen minutes. Masks are required for all visitors who are not fully vaccinated.

Sofitel Celebrates Philly Pride with Drag Tea, Gay Flag Exhibit, And New Charity Program

Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square, part of AccorHotels, presents a month-long celebration for June as Philadelphia Gay Pride Month. The Sofitel Philadelphia will raise a giant Philadelphia-version of the Gay Pride Flag to hang proudly outside the hotel on 17th Street. Inside, neighbors, guests and visitors are invited to visit the Hall of LGBTQ Flags Exhibition featuring six individual LGBTQ flags flying high above the lobby to celebrate the diversity of the local and hotel LGBTQ community. The raising of the flags coincides with a month-long benefit to support the William Way LGBT Community Center. On Saturdays, June 5th and 12th, Sofitel Philadelphia and Brittany Lynn’s Drag Mafia Present Sofitel's Pride Drag Tea featuring the Sofitel famous tea-service with an entertaining and drag twist. A portion of proceeds from the Drag Tea will go to support the capital campaign and operations at William Way LGBT Community Center. Northern Liberties Business Improvement District announces the debut of a brand-new, self-guided Philadelphia Mural Art Crawl just in time for summer. Northern Liberties Mural Hunt: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Street Art will debut on Friday, May 28th and run through Monday, July 5th. After moving to online virtual productions, Bristol Riverside Theatre brings back the sound of music to Bucks County with Take 6 (June 11-12), Broadway Memories (June 18-20), Totally Awesome 80s (July 16-18), 70s Flashback (July 30-31), Broadway Ahead (August 13-15) and The Doo Wop Project (August 27-28). Take 6 will bring in the star power to electrify the stage for the season kick-off and BRT's return on Friday, June 11th and Saturday, June 12th.
