Craft Concepts Group Announces Grand Opening Of Sueño Restaurant And Tequila Bar

Craft Concepts Group and owner Teddy Sourias announce the grand opening of Sueño this Friday, October 9, 2020 at 4:00pm at 114 S. 12th Street. Sueño showcases Day of the Dead inspired decor, original art pieces from the region's top artists, traditional and fusion Mexican cuisine by Executive Chef Caroline Hough, Puerto Rican-style empanadas from Tata's Empanadas, margaritas and cocktails, and an extensive list of tequilas. This new pop-up restaurant will occupy the first two floors of the building that Sourias recently purchased before the global pandemic. The plan was to put in a full service, top to bottom renovated and stunning restaurant like he is famous for - until the shut down halted his grand plans for his newest restaurant and eatery. While a full styling and renovation is still on the books for after the pandemic, Sourias wanted to activate the space and bring it to life with his long-time goal of a Mexican restaurant and tequila bar.

Nightmare Before Tinsel Pops Up With Socially Distanced Halloween Restaurant

Ghosts and ghouls, witching hour approaches. Teddy Sourias and Craft Concepts Group - the creators of Philadelphia's Christmas Pop-up Bar - announces the grand opening of Nightmare Before Tinsel. This year, during the global pandemic, the former spooky season pop-up bar will return as a socially distanced haunted restaurant with food, drink and art. Nightmare Before Tinsel will creak open its doors this Friday, October 2, 2020, at 4:00pm. Weekly hours are Monday through Friday, from 4:00pm to 11:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday, from 2:00pm to 11:00pm. Full table service for parties of four to six will be available for outdoor seating in a brand new and expansive haunted parklette and streetery. NIghtmare will also serve legal cocktails-to-go and food outside the front window. All guests must wear a mask when not seated. All tables are socially distanced at least six feet apart. Staff will follow all local, state and national health and safety recommendations including disposal menus, the use of a menu QR code, wiping down of all surfaces, wearing masks and other protocols in place for the safety of not just the patrons but the staff as well. Tickets are available for an introductory rate of $15 for the launch of Nightmare for the first week, and tickets after that will range from $15 to $20. Tickets include one food and one drink item. FCM Hospitality Heads to Philadelphia Main Line with Lola's Garden Coming to Suburban Square

FCM Hospitality and owner Avram Hornik are heading to the Main Line with their first-ever suburban brick and mortar concept. Lola's Garden is now officially under permit review construction at Suburban Square in the heart of the red hot Ardmore dining scene. The brand-new indoor and outdoor restaurant, patio and beer/wine garden hybrid will take inspiration from the company's popular Rittenhouse restaurant, Harper's Garden. The 260 seat dining destination will offer beautiful and picturesque views of Suburban Square's inner green courtyard, while offering the approachability of the company's waterfront favorite Morgan's Pier. Parks On Tap Traveling Beer Garden Heads To South Philadelphia to FDR Park

Añejo Restaurant Group has come together with Glu Hospitality to bring Añejo to Philadelphia. Parks on Tap announces that a second summer-long location will make its debut this Wednesday, July 8th outside the famous Water Works (640 Waterworks Drive). The once traveling beer garden that gives back will now operate two stationary locations at the same time for the balance of the summer. The new Waterworks location will offer beautiful and sweeping views of Boathouse Row and the Schuylkill River. When open, patrons will be able to enjoy fresh food, beers on tap, wine and non-alcoholic beverages set in an outdoor environment with comfortable chairs and clean restrooms. Waterworks joins the already operating Parks on Tap outside Fairmount Horticulture Center Arboretum (100 N. Horticultural Drive). The new location will feature the same proven health and safety protocols that have already been launched with the Horticulture Center site, including additional cleaning measures, ability for contact tracing, and other procedures as prescribed by the City of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania. Stove And Tap, Al Pastor, and The Bercy Announces Outdoor Dining Starting June 5th

Stove and Co. Restaurant Group announces the launch and expansion plans for outdoor dining for four large scale restaurants in the Philadelphia suburbs. Starting Friday, June 5, 2020, Stove and Tap Malvern, Stove and Tap Lansdale, The Bercy in Downtown Ardmore and Al Pastor in Exton will begin outdoor dining for happy hour at 4:00pm. Harper's Garden And Morgan's Pier Opens Reservations In Anticipation Of Outdoor Dining

Two of Philadelphia's most celebrated outdoor restaurants will be the first in the region to take reservations for outdoor dining. In anticipation of news allowing outdoor dining in Philadelphia from the state of Pennsylvania, FCM Hospitality announces that Harper's Garden and Morgan's Pier will return this summer and open for seating on Friday, June 5th. Both restaurants have opened up reservations for that day and beyond, which coincides with when Philadelphia county will enter the yellow phase of the state's reopening plans. Harper's Garden will also update the layout and nearly double in size for outdoor seating in preparation for social distancing protocols that will be put into place. Morgan's Pier will also increase the footprint of outdoor dining and add side-walk seating on Columbus Boulevard.
