It’s not Halloween without Boo at the Zoo! Join Philadelphia Zoo (3400 W. Girard Avenue) for three spooky weekends for this annual fall extravaganza! Guests are encouraged to come in costume, explore the Zoo during the beautiful autumn season and enjoy festive fall offerings for purchase. Get ready for some tricks, more treats and lots of excitement at this yearly Halloween celebration, including candy around the Zoo. Come dressed in your favorite costume, enjoy seasonal décor, photo opportunities, festive fall offerings and have a spooktacular time! As a special treat to pair with Boo at the Zoo, and by popular demand, BIG TIME has been extended to October 31st. Guests can celebrate Halloween and visit dinosaurs all in one day. There's no tricks, just treats at Philadelphia Zoo! Boo at the Zoo is free to members with advance online reservation. Admission for Boo at the Zoo is free with the regular price of admission.

In its second year, this event will highlight the great outdoor dining spots in the neighborhood, showcase the best brunch restaurants in the city - and crown the neighborhood's winner for Best Bloody Mary! Will anyone unseat 2020 winner Jerry’s Bar? This year’s event is presented with support from sponsors and supporters Stateside Vodka and Devilfish Ink. Philadelphia Zoo Lights Up Holidays with LumiNature Presented by Chase

Philadelphia Zoo announces the return of LumiNature, a brilliant light extravaganza, set to glimmer again this holiday season. Opening on Thursday, November 18th, this much anticipated light spectacular will again transform the Zoo from its daytime magic into a dazzling winter wonderland. Featuring 14 illuminated zones, LumiNature will take guests on a magical journey of lights, sounds and surprises, offering lively displays and newly-enhanced installations to thrill guests this coming season. Christmas Village in Philadelphia Announces Return to Love Park, City Hall Courtyard and North Apron

Returning for its 14th season, Christmas Village in Philadelphia will once again transform LOVE Park and City Hall (Courtyard and North Apron) into a traditional, open-air German Christmas Market, open daily between Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 25th and Christmas Eve, Friday, December 24th, with a preview weekend planned for November 20 to 21, 2021. New and returning for this year, Christmas Village will present an extra magical surprise with a double-tier Christmas Village carousel in the City Hall Courtyard, along with a brand-new German food court in the Courtyard. After taking a break last year due to the pandemic, the grand Ferris Wheel and the Kid’s Train will be back, along with vendors on the City Hall North Apron.

Steve Singer Jewelers remembers and acknowledges the 20th anniversary of the 9-11 attacks with the release of a special anniversary edition of the 9-11 Never Forget Pin on sale now for only ten dollars. Every dollar from sales of the pin will be donated to The Garden of Reflection, Pennsylvania's official 9-11 memorial. This year's pin is bright silver in color, and it measures an inch by an inch. The design features a special 20th Anniversary red ribbon. This is the last and final year to purchase the pin - and show you honor and remember all that were lost on September 11, 2001. This annual fundraiser originally started in partnership with talk-radio show star Michael Smerconish from SiriusXM/CNN back in 2009. Since then, pin sales have generated over $500,000 for The Garden of Reflection, as well as other charities. The pin is now on sale on the Steven Singer website and it is available in the store.
