Newlyweds Joseph “Joey Dog” and Nicole Schultice celebrate five years of owning Old City's corner bar with a week-long celebration starting today. Nick's Bar and Grille at 16 South Second Street debuts five special burgers, one per day, to celebrate the milestone. Additionally, all existing burgers on the menu - including their Zagat #1 rated ground bacon burger - will be only $5.00 all week. The countdown begins today and runs through Friday, May 26th when the couple will debut their "5th Birthday Burger" smothered in house-made beer cheese, bacon, frizzled onions and jalapenos.

Gentrification comes to a head as the thought-provoking social drama fans the flames of love, race, class and privilege. This Philadelphia premiere explores the effects of a changing neighborhood on three 20-somethings that share a long and winding history -- and a not-so-certain future. Fresh new changes are coming to Fuel Center City at 1225 Walnut Street. Owner Rocco Cima announces that the Midtown Village location of his 500 calorie (or less) cafe will be renovated from top to bottom with new furniture and lighting, the addition of a community table, opened up dining spaces, new artwork and design elements, and an overall colorful new look. Construction and interior work has been under way since earlier last month. Fuel Center City is currently open during the renovations. The new dining room will debut during a relaunch weekend scheduled for April 14, 15 and 16, 2017 - with a different giveaway each day that weekend.
