Volunteers Wanted for Fall Activities on East Passyunk Avenue

Volunteers wanted on East Passyunk for trick or treating and fall fun. 

Help us haunt East Passyunk Avenue during Witch CRAFT Beer Crawl on Wednesday, October 23rd, and Fall Fest + Spooky Saturday on Saturday, October 26, 2013.  Individuals, families and group volunteers are invited to help us give out candy and treats along our trick or treating routes. Volunteers will be matched and paired into groups of two or three. For a list of descriptions and details, see below. 

Witch CRAFT Beer Crawl

Volunteers are needed to greet and give away candy along the Witch Craft route between 5:00pm and 7:45pm. This event brings 300-400 adults to experience this wonderful neighborhood, and we need your help to ensure they have an scream-tastic time! Meeting spot will be Garage at 1231 East Passyunk Avenue.  It is preferred volunteers dress in a fun costume. Volunteers that are 21 and older (and can provide valid identification) will be invited to join the Beer Crawl after their shift. 

Fall Fest + Spooky Saturday

Volunteers are needed to give away treats that we will provide along the trick or treat route between 12:00pm and 4:00pm. This event can attract up to 500 children accompanied by their parents or guardian. We want to ensure that they have a great time experience fall fun on the Avenue. Meeting spot will be the Singing Fountain at Aversa PR table. It is preferred, though not required, that all volunteers wear a costume or get in the spirit of the day (hat, Halloween shirt, accessories).
