East Passyunk Fall Fest and Spooky Saturday returns on Saturday, October 27, 2018, from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Family activities include costume contests (for children and dogs), pumpkin decorating, arts and crafts, storytime with the Free Library Book Bike, live music, scarecrow scavenger hunt, trick or treating, pet treats and more. Returning favorites include Buddakan, Continental, Franklin Fountain, High Street on Market, Positano Coast and others.
