East Passyunk Doubles the Halloween Fun with 7th Annual Fall Fest and Spooky Saturday

East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District (EPABID) presents a double dose of spooktacular fun with free activities for the kids, adults and even fido too! East Passyunk Fall Fest and Spooky Saturday returns on Saturday, October 27, 2018, from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Family activities include costume contests (for children and dogs), pumpkin decorating, arts and crafts, storytime with the Free Library Book Bike, live music, scarecrow scavenger hunt, trick or treating, pet treats and more. For the grown-ups, enjoy live music, 40+ craft and arts vendors, fall fare, spirited cocktails, and more.

Activities will include a festival stage with live music, runway fashion shows, a family fun zone, pop-up street performances and a wide array of food, beverages, art, craft and retail shopping, with 100+ Old City vendors participating. Old City District presents Old City Fest on Sunday, October 9, 2016, from 11:00am to 6:00pm, along N. 3rd Street (from Market to Race) and Arch Street (from 2nd to 4th). Thirty restaurants, coffee shops, bars and other eateries will serve food and drink out on the streets of Old City in the festival footprint. New restaurants to the fest include The Little Lion Amada, Keating’s Rope & Anchor Bar + Kitchen, Wister BYOB, The Olde Bar and La Famiglia. Returning favorites include Buddakan, Continental, Franklin Fountain, High Street on Market, Positano Coast and others. Outside of food and drink, look for live music, two runway fashion shows, a family fun zone, pop-up street performances and a wide array of art, craft and retail shopping, with 100+ Old City vendors participating.

Clean Air Council’s 10th Annual Greenfest Philly returns to South Street Headhouse District (2nd and South Streets) on Sunday, September 13, 2015 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. The tri-state region’s largest environmental festival is bigger than ever with live music, free demos, an outdoor beer garden, organic food and drinks, handmade and green shopping, MOM’s Organic Market Kids’ Corner, a twenty-five foot rock wall, and even edible bugs.
