FCM Hospitality Heads to Philadelphia Main Line with Lola's Garden Coming to Suburban Square

FCM Hospitality and owner Avram Hornik are heading to the Main Line with their first-ever suburban brick and mortar concept. Lola's Garden is now officially under permit review construction at Suburban Square in the heart of the red hot Ardmore dining scene. The brand-new indoor and outdoor restaurant, patio and beer/wine garden hybrid will take inspiration from the company's popular Rittenhouse restaurant, Harper's Garden. The 260 seat dining destination will offer beautiful and picturesque views of Suburban Square's inner green courtyard, while offering the approachability of the company's waterfront favorite Morgan's Pier. The Modern American culinary program will be chef-driven and highlight seasonal local offerings. Look for ample vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.

The duo behind Leda and the Swan, Germantown Garden, Vesper Center City and Hunnies Crispy Fried Chicken continue to pivot their hospitality company by transforming Vesper Pool Club into a new outdoor dining destination for the fall season. Anejo Grand Opens First Location Outside of New York City in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia

Añejo Restaurant Group has come together with Glu Hospitality to bring Añejo to Philadelphia. The acclaimed Mexican restaurant and tequila bar will make its official grand opening debut this Friday, July 31, 2020 at 4:00pm in Northern Liberties at the Piazza, 1001 N. 2nd Street. This new location represents the restaurant's first expansion out of the New York City marketplace, where they also have locations in Hell's Kitchen and TriBeCa. The opening comes after the restaurant was days away from opening in March and which then experienced delays due to stay at home orders and the delay of indoor dining. Parks on Tap announces that a second summer-long location will make its debut this Wednesday, July 8th outside the famous Water Works (640 Waterworks Drive). The once traveling beer garden that gives back will now operate two stationary locations at the same time for the balance of the summer. The new Waterworks location will offer beautiful and sweeping views of Boathouse Row and the Schuylkill River. When open, patrons will be able to enjoy fresh food, beers on tap, wine and non-alcoholic beverages set in an outdoor environment with comfortable chairs and clean restrooms. Waterworks joins the already operating Parks on Tap outside Fairmount Horticulture Center Arboretum (100 N. Horticultural Drive). The new location will feature the same proven health and safety protocols that have already been launched with the Horticulture Center site, including additional cleaning measures, ability for contact tracing, and other procedures as prescribed by the City of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania. Parks on Tap is family (and fido) friendly.
