East Passyunk Revs Engines for 14th Annual Car Show and Street Festival with 200 Hot Rides, Street Food, Live Bands, Family Fun and More

East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District (EPABID) is revving up for the 14th Annual Car Show and Street Festival on Sunday, July 28, 2019, from 11:00am to 4:00pm, on EPA between Broad and Dickinson streets. Look for over 200 muscle, classic, antique, custom and show cars, trucks and motorcycles will line the Avenue, with street vendors, rack sales, kids’ activities, live music and the Bang! Boom! CRAFT! Show in between.

Filitalia International and Foundation, with support from East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District, presents La Festa Italian Street Festival on Sunday, June 2, 2019, from 11:00am to 7:00pm. Head to East Passyunk (between Broad and Moore) for this all-day, all-ages street festival that features the much-anticipated South Philly spaghetti eating contest, live music, dancing, food, beer, wine, contests, prizes, vendors, shopping, wine-making demos, vodka water ice, and culinary displays.

P'unk Burger Spins Up Girl Scout Inspired Cookie Milkshakes to Benefit Leadership Programs That Empower Local Girls

Relive the favorite flavors of your childhood with four Girl Scout inspired cookie milkshakes at P’unk Burger at 1823 East Passyunk. Passyunk’s organic burger, fries and shake shop announces four limited edition cookie shakes that all feature Girl Scout cookies through March 31, 2019. Shakes will include toasted coconut and caramel sea salt, campfire s'mores, chocolate peanut butter and jelly, and mint cookie. On Saturdays and Sundays during March (at various times), local Girl Scouts will sell cookies in front of the eatery. P’unk Burger will also donate 100% of quarters from the P’unk Burger Arcade to support Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania’s Girl Experience and Outreach Programming.

Twenty-six award-winning restaurants along Philadelphia’s acclaimed restaurant row will serve up three course, value-priced lunch and dinner menus for $15, $25 and $35 each. From low key BYOBs to elegant candlelight dining to Italian “red gravy” joints to Mexican street food, East Passyunk Restaurant Week boasts a diversity of dining experiences and cuisines that offer something for everyone.
