Brat Productions Presents 3 Nights, 3 Stories, 3 Bands During Three Chord Fiction at Tin Angel

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Philadelphia’s favorite rock and roll theatre company BRAT Productions presents a cabaret of tiny tales of love. Three Chord Fiction: Love Bites pairs teams of actors with musicians in a rock-theatre cabaret designed to introduce audiences to the next generation of cabaret performers and rock musicians. Each team has one directive: to tell a musical tale of L-O-V-E. Following the cabaret, BRAT welcomes a different guest band for an intimate set each night of the series. Performers will include Red 40, Cleo Phatra, Senor Papos and Jota, Len and the Ladies of the Cursed Church Theater. Rock and roll bands include The Fancy Balloons (February 4), TJ Kong (February 5) and Upholserty (February 6). Three Chord Fiction: Love Bites runs Tuesday, February 4, 2014 to Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Tin Angel, 20 South 2nd Street. Performances begin at 8:00pm. New York Times Best Selling Author Josh Piven Presents World Premiere of Stage Comedy NO RESERVATIONS at Adrienne Theater

New York Times best-selling humorist Josh Piven gives theater audiences a best-case scenario this holiday season with the World Premiere farce No Reservations. Piven trades the volcanoes, quicksand, and alligator wrestling for holiday survival among the mistletoe, scrapple, and paparazzi. Penned by the author of The Worst-Case Scenario Survival Handbook and directed by Allison Heishman, the production runs November 26 through December 15, 2013 at Skybox @ The Adrienne Theater. Brat Productions Brings Eternal Glamnation to Underground Arts During FringeArts Festival

Brat Productions brings back last year’s hit “Eternal Glamnation” for a two show run on Sundays, September 8 and 15, 2013, at 8:30 PM, at Underground Arts (12th and Callowhill). Conceived by and featuring newly minted Artistic Director Jess Conda, this glam rock fantasia is a story about finding your true self underneath the glittery shadows. Enjoy a wild ride during a high-octane, rock-and-roll, nostalgic tribute to spandex, camp and alien life forms. With all the flamboyance and outrageousness of its era, Glamnation covers all the greats from Bowie, Queen, T. Rex, Lou Reed, Nick Cave and more.
