Fuel Up and Chill Out with New CBD Infused Smoothies at all FUEL Locations in the Philadelphia Region

Fuel restaurants in Philadelphia invite you to fuel up, then chill out with a new “dream” collection of smoothies. Fuel Recharge Yourself President Rocco Cima announces three new smoothies that are infused with CBD oil. The new collection is part of Cima’s mission to offer a fast, fresh and even healthier dining experience for customers. Infusing edibles with CBD oil is a trend sweeping the nation due to potential health benefits of what some call a new “superfood.” CBD is commonly used to manage anxiety, stress and depression. With the addition of the new smoothies, Cima will provide customers with more options when they are focusing on the overall package, a healthy body and mind. Cima is officially the first in Philadelphia to offer the smoothies and has exclusive distribution rights with a lead national distributor. He plans to explore additional CBD oil infused drink and food options for debut in early 2019.

East Passyunk Revs Engines for 13th Annual Car Show and Street Festival with Hot Rides, Street Food, Live Bands, Family Fun and More

East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District (EPABID) is revving up for the 13th Annual Car Show and Street Festival presented by Jefferson Health Methodist Hospital on Sunday, July 29, 2018, from 11:00am to 4:00pm, on EPA between Broad and Dickinson streets. Look for nearly 175+ muscle, classic, antique, custom and show cars, trucks and motorcycles will line the Avenue, with street vendors, circus performances, rack sales, kids’ activities, live music and the Bang! Boom! CRAFT! Show in between. Wine and dine among the cars as award-winning restaurants and food trucks serve specially priced street food and summertime drinks. Admission is FREE for attendees and $20 for cars. Check-in for cars is moved up this year to 8:00am to 11:00 am. The event's rain date is Sunday, August 5, 2018. Twenty East Passyunk Chefs Join Forces For An Unforgettable Night At Bok Bar September 18

East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District announces the return of “Up on a Roof - The Chefs of Passyunk at Bok Bar” on Monday, September 18, 2017, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Twenty chefs and restaurateurs from Philadelphia’s restaurant row will celebrate the neighborhood's thriving culinary scene with a cocktail party and benefit on top of Bok Bar (800 Mifflin) in the former Bok Technical High School. Guests will enjoy one of the city’s most picturesque views while enjoying cuisine from top chefs like Nicholas Elmi, Joncarl Lachman, Todd Wentz, Chris Kearse, Lee Styer, Lynn Rinaldi and others. New restaurants participating in this second year event include Barcelona, Capogiro, Plenty Cafe and P'unk Burger. Tickets are $40 and available at bit.ly/passyunkboktickets. East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District presents Flavors on the Avenue: A Street Festival on Sunday, April 30, 2017, from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. The brand-new street festival will feature five blocks of street food, seasonal sips, craft beer, live music, sidewalk sales and free family fun on five blocks – from Broad to Dickinson streets. Twenty-seven award-winning restaurants and bars will bring their signature cuisine outside under the blue skies. Craft beer and wine will pour from the festival beer tent – and select restaurants will also offer seasonal cocktails, beer and wines for the crowds.

East Passyunk’s organic burger, fries and milkshake shop announces five new limited edition cookie shakes inspired by your favorite Girl Scout cookies. On Saturday, February 18 and Sunday, February 19, P’unk Burger will serve Caramel Delight, Toasted S’mores, Thin Mint, Chocolate PBJ and Cinnamon Shortbread cookie shakes. South Philadelphia’s own Troop #91297 will also be on hand Saturday, from 11:00am to 1:00pm with cookies available for purchase. For every Girl Scout cookie shake purchased, $1.00 will be donated to the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania.
