Watch the DNC Under the Stars at The Piazza at Schmidt's Commons

The Piazza at Schmidt’s Commons (1001 N 2nd St) will host a DNC watch party under the stars on Thursday, July 28th at 7:00pm. Watch the convention's grand finale on the high-definition, 400+ square-foot Daktoniks LED screen above the 800 square foot stage. Bring your own chair/blanket. Enjoy food and drink outside with specials and discounts from Crabby’s Café, Gunners Run and Wahlburgers Food Truck. Bar Ferdinand, across the street at Liberties Walk, will also offer special deals and dishes as well. Details about food and drink are listed below. This event is free and open to the public. ABOUT THE PIAZZA AT SCHMIDT'S COMMONS

Opened on May 15, 2009, this beautifully landscaped 80,000 square foot open-air district is located on 2nd Street and Germantown Avenue in Northern Liberties.

With all forms of public transportation nearby, residents have direct access to the entire city. Our buildings are as beautiful as they are accessible; our modern architectural design has received one of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) most prestigious honors.

The Commons is made up of 8 unique residential buildings, 140,000 SF of retail and commercial space, and the Piazza at Schmidt’s, an 80,000 SF central plaza where events are hosted all year round.
