Serrano Restaurant in Old City Hosts Pop-up with Ranch Road Taco Shop

Serrano Restaurant announces that Ranch Road Taco Shop will pop-up in the kitchen starting on Wednesday, July 16, 2014. Chef Meghan Carnevale will serve her authentic Mexican street food, including Blackened Catfish Tacos, Pomegranate Guacamole and Mexican street corn with ancho lime aioli and asiago cheese. The special menu will be paired with rotating bar specials that will include sangria, signature cocktails, boutique wines and craft beers. The pop-up will run from 5:00pm to Midnight, Wednesdays through Saturdays, through at least early August. 

"We're thrilled to help Meghan and Ranch Road reach a whole new audience in Old City," said Serrano Owner Donal McCoy. "The new partnership lets us work with a talented chef and gives us a splendid new partner-in-crime to share a toast at the end of a fine summer's night." 

The Ranch Road Taco Shop pop-up menu will include: 
-Tacos served on flour tortillas with cilantro and onion garnish ($4.00 each), choice of: 
Carne Asada (grilled steak),
Pollo Asado (grilled chicken)
Conchinita Pibil (Yucatan pulled pork with habañero salsa)
Blackened Catfish (with chipotle cabbage slaw)

- Rice and Beans ($3.00 small, $5.00 large) 
- Elotes in a Cup (Mexican street corn with ancho lime aioli and asiago cheese) ($4.00) 
- Chips and Salsa ($4.00) 
- Chips and Pomegranate Guacamole ($6.50)
