Wells Fargo Center Partners with Iron Chef Jose Garces for New Culinary Concept Garces Eats

Wells Fargo Center and James Beard Award-winning Iron Chef Jose Garces today announced plans for a new culinary concept, Garces Eats, to debut at the arena in October at the start of the 2022-23 NHL and NBA seasons. Garces Eats will replace The Bistro stand on the Broad Street side of the Club Level at Wells Fargo Center and will feature a rotating menu to highlight many of Chef Garces’ most notable dishes from his iconic restaurants throughout Philadelphia.

Ballard Brands teams up with Garces restaurants for a new ghost kitchen that will operate out of The Olde Bar in Old City District. Look for a menu of fresh (never frozen) wings, tenders and classic American snacks that showcase WOW's Southern signature sauces and made-from-scratch spice rubs, with new recipes and inspiration from Iron Chef Jose Garces and his culinary team. For the starting menu, look for signature sauces like WOW's world-famous ranch dipping sauce, snacks like Vermont White Cheddar Mac and Cheese, and loaded Shanghai tater tots.
