Valley Beach Brings Surf and Sand to Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia

Valley Forge Casino Resort (1160 First Avenue) brings back the surf and sand with the return of Valley Beach Poolside Club. Dip your toes in the 50 tons of sand surrounding the 22,000 gallon pool, as you feast on shore-eats from a brand new food truck, sip on cocktails and craft beers at the open-air bars, relax under the shade of your own private cabana, find inner harmony with poolside yoga, jam to live entertainment on the stage, and splash the summer away. Skip the shore traffic and find your oasis right in King of Prussia, just two miles from the King of Prussia Mall.
Valley Beach officially launches for summer with seven-day a week hours starting June 27, 2016, in time for July 4th Weekend. Valley Beach is open to all checked-in hotel guests, day pass holders ($10), beach tag holders or elite casino members. The region’s summertime hot spot for poolside food, drink and live music is back and better than ever! Valley Beach’s new additions for the 2016 season include weekly outdoor yoga and free happy hour, a shore-themed food truck, expanded bar lists, more entertainment, expanded bar service, poolside showers, new towel hut, poolside bottle service and more.
Relax on over-sized loungers by pool as you work on that perfect tan. Challenge your friends to games on the authentic sandy beach. Cool down with a frozen drink under the cover of private cabanas. After a day of fun in the sun, look for things to really heat up with live entertainment, DJs, open-air dining and other surprises.
Valley Beach officially launches seven-days a week just in time for July 4th Weekend. Now through Labor Day, Valley Beach will open Monday through Thursday, 11:00am to 7:00pm, Friday 11:00am to 1:00am, Saturday, 10:00am to 1:00am, and Sunday, 10:00am to 8:00pm. Admission to Valley Beach is $10 for a day pass, or season memberships are available. Must be 21 or older to visit Valley Beach and to purchase a membership.
THE BREAK
Come hungry for shore-inspired bites from The Break @ Valley Beach, Valley Forge Casino Resort’s new food truck. Enjoy poolside favorites like Baja Tacos, Jerk Chicken Nachos, Island Bowls, Shrimp Wrap, Wipeout Burger and Chilled Blue Crab Dip.
“With the launch of The Break, we aim to raise the bar on food offerings at Valley Beach, while also continuing to elevate the guest experience. Bringing the cooking and preparation outside just feet from the pool, we can better cater to the needs of our guests,” added Galle. “We are the only casino in the region to launch a fully operation food truck. Look for us at food festivals and community events all summer long!”
The Break was completely custom outfitted for Valley Beach, and features a flat top grill, oven and deep fryer, among other kitchen amenities. The Break’s launch menu features 16 dishes that range in price from $7-14. The starting menu is as follows:

POOLSIDE YOGA AND HAPPY HOUR
Valley Forge Casino Resort partners with King of Prussia Business Improvement District to present poolside yoga led by Stillpoint Yoga Studio. Weekly yoga and happy hour takes place every Tuesday in July at 5:15pm. Bring your own mat, towel and water. Plan to stay after for complimentary light bites and drink specials.
BEACH TAGS
Day passes are $10.00 until 9:00pm and $20.00 after 9:00pm. CABANA RENTALS
Day cabana rentals are $200 and include personalized waitress service, lounge chairs, beach chairs, couch, towels for each guest and complimentary entry for up to 10 guests. RESORT UPGRADES
The renovated pool, open-air bar, cabanas, entertainment stage and decks take up 20,000 square feet. Valley Beach opened last year for its debut season and cost over $600,000.
