In the new year, celebrate a new you with the first-ever Eviama Group Cleanse, running Sunday, January 5 through Sunday, February 2, 2014. The 28-day cleanse program combines healthy meals with carefully chosen supplements to kick-start your 2014 healthy resolutions. Registration is $330 per person. A deposit of $150 is required at registration, and full payment is due by January 5, 2014. Pricing includes five Sunday group sessions at Eviama Life Spa, a group cleanse guide including recipes, shopping lists, and safe, judiciously selected supplements designed to enhance the cleanse experience.

Participants in the Group Cleanse will meet from 2:00PM to 3:00PM every Sunday from January 5 to February 2, 2014. The first session will focus on pre-cleansing and creating a shopping list. The three weeks of cleansing will each focus on a different aspect of the mind-body connection, with topics such as “Why cleanse?” and meditation workshops. The final week will teach participants how to ease back into their normal routine while still remaining faithful to the healthier principles the cleanse taught.
