For 2023, look for the largest footprint ever, a record number of vendors, a new outdoor winter bar, the addition of Christmas cocktails, five new sausages, new vegan options, later evening hours and a new location for the Christmas Village Tree. Charm City's beloved holiday tradition is back to transform West Shore Park (501 Light Street) into a traditional, authentic indoor and outdoor German Christmas Market from Thanksgiving Day through Christmas Eve, with previews on November 18th and 19th.

Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market at Dilworth Announces Local Vendors for 2021 Season

The Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market will once again return to Dilworth Park from Saturday, November 20, 2021 to Saturday, January 1, 2022. Dozens of artisans, designers and small businesses from the greater Philadelphia region will offer decorations, fashion and gifts inside white, festively lit tents. Visitors will have the unique chance to shop gifts and products that can’t be found at a usual shopping mall - including artwork, home goods, ornaments, sweets, toys, apparel, jewelry, decorations and more. There will be something for everyone on Santa’s list! The Market will be surrounded by other attractions on Dilworth park like the Rothman Orthopaedics Ice Rink and the Wintergarden and it will be joined by Christmas Village vendors in the City Hall Courtyard and North Apron. The open-air pop-up market is curated by organizers of Christmas Village in Philadelphia, which will also be set up across the street in LOVE Park for its 14th season. Craftsman Row Saloon, at 112 S. 8th Street, announces the debut of their annual Christmas Pop-up that is bigger, brighter and has even more bling for the 2021 season. The Jewelers' Row restaurant and bar is known as Philadelphia's most festive sit-down restaurant. After a break in 2020 due to the pandemic, owners and operators brother sister duo George and Vasiliki Tsiouris are thrilled to welcome back all the holiday merry-makers into the Christmas wonderland that features over 5,000 feet of garland, thousands of twinkling lights, thousands of sparkling, shiny and colorful ornaments, hundreds of vintage and unique tree trimmings, hundreds of bows, stockings, santas, and of course an Elf on the Shelf hidden among the festive decor. Northern Liberties Business Improvement District announces the return of Artists at Work on Saturday, November 13th, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, as part of 2nd Saturdays Northern Liberties. The final Artists at Work of 2021 is the biggest yet. Twelve businesses throughout Northern Liberties will host live artist demonstrations in their space. Creativity will flow in many forms, including live music, drawing, painting, mixed media collage and calligraphy. Art lovers and shoppers can use QR code at each location to follow a Google map showing each location and artist details. Artists at Work is free and open to the public. Christmas Village will sail back into Baltimore’s Inner Harbor in 2021. After being cancelled due to the pandemic last year, Charm City’s beloved holiday tradition is ready to transform West Shore Park (501 Light Street) into a traditional indoor and outdoor German Christmas Market. Christmas Village will open early with a preview weekend on Saturday, November 20 and Sunday, November 21, 2021 to offer the opportunity of a sneak peek for visitors. After the preview weekend, Christmas Village will follow its annual tradition, opening during regular hours for the season starting on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 25 through Christmas Eve, Friday, December 24, 2021. Visitors and locals alike are invited to enjoy big holiday vibes with the return of the 30 foot tall stunning Christmas Pyramid from the Ore Mountains, the 65 foot tall illuminated ferris wheel and the addition of a brand-new Christmas Village Carousel with horses and festive reindeer. Famous German ornament vendor Käthe Wohlfahrt will return to the heated festival tent along with 50+ local small businesses, makers, and international vendors. Other highlights will include thousands of twinkling lights, the signature wooden huts, a large selection of Glühwein (mulled wine), the warm glow of the open-air Bratwurst Grill, an extended outdoor seating area, a new outdoor Hofbrau beer booth, photos with Santa Claus, appearances by Gingy the Gingerbread Man, and theme weekends with live entertainment. Steven Singer Jewelers has teamed up with Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) to support their work in finding Philadelphia homeless pets their forever homes. The man everyone loves to hate is doing good again this holiday season by pledging to donate twenty-percent of all sales of the exclusive Helping Paw necklace to PAWS for their life-saving efforts. Singer donated $10,000 this week from early sales with a pledge to keep raising money for PAWS until December 31, 2021. Singer is an animal lover and adopted Buddy, his own four-legged friend, from a rescue shelter. New and returning for this year, Christmas Village will present an extra magical surprise with a double-tier Christmas Village carousel in the City Hall Courtyard, along with a brand-new German food court in the Courtyard.
