Valley Forge Casino Resort rings in 2017 with something for everyone on New Year’s Eve and Day - with festive offerings that include live music, champagne toasts, four course dinner, karaoke party, dance party and open bar, countdowns around the world and a New Year’s Day brunch buffet. Headlining New Year’s Eve festivities will be punk band Sublime with Rome, performing a concert as part of Valley Forge Music Fair. Revolution Chop House will serve up a special four-course New Year's Eve menu and Midnight champagne toast. Valley Tavern will offer a special New Year’s Eve menu, then offer a late-night kareoke party. The Vault hosts a New Year’s Eve bash complete with open bar, dancing, live music and a buffet. Center Bar on the casino floor will countdown Midnight around the world ending with a complimentary toast at Midnight. On New Year’s Day, Valley Forge Casino Resort hosts a special New Year’s Day Brunch Buffet with sweet and savory favorites.

This Summer, Sublime With Rome returned at long last with the sophomore album 'Sirens', the effervescent follow up to the band's 2011 debut, 'Yours Truly.' Now the chart-topping trio wants to bring a little chill to Valley Forge Music Fair this New Year’s Eve, Saturday, December 31,2016. The performance will take place in The Event Center at Valley Forge Casino Resort at 10:00pm. Doors open at 9:00pm.

'Sirens' is an expression of three musicians who truly get each other and who can communicate seamlessly through their instruments and while in their favorite habitat -- the stage! Lead singer Rome Ramirez says a lot has changed with the band since their first album together and he couldn't be happier with the results and this tour. Revolution Chop House is serving a special New Year's Eve Four Course Dinner. Guests at Midnight will receive a complimentary glass of champagne for a New Year's toast. Four courses are $100 per person. Reservations are available on Open Table. Standard a la carte menu is not available.

NEW YEAR’S DAY BUFFET

The party doesn’t have to end at midnight. Valley Forge will be serving a New Year’s Day Brunch Buffet. Valley Forge Casino Resort kicks off the New Year with a special New Year’s Day Brunch from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Watch the Mummer’s Parade from the big screens while enjoying a delicious buffet.

The menu includes smoked bone-in ham with maple sherry glaze, exotic fresh fruit display, international cheese display, fresh baked goods, omelette station, western scrambled eggs, country home fries, crispy bacon, country sausage, buttermilk pancakes with nutella sauce, cinnabon royal french toast and sweets display.
