The Run is Clean Air Council's largest fundraiser for the year, and one of the oldest charity races in the region.

SUMMARY:
Nearly 2,500 participants are expected to run and walk in four races (5K Run, PHLY 10K Run, 3K Walk, Kids’ fun run) while family and friends cheer them on. Afterwards, enjoy Earth Day at a special open-air festival in front of the iconic Philadelphia Museum of Art featuring an eco beer garden, food and drink, games, vendors, music and interactive displays.

EVENT SUMMARY:
The Run for Clean Air Presented by Toyota Hybrids has something for everyone:

Among those measures, all shirts and bags are made from recycled material, waste from the race is recycled and composted, the entire event is powered by solar energy, and Toyota Hybrids will provide hybrid cars for use as pace vehicles. As an added new bonus, each finisher will receive an eco-friendly medal, which also functions as a reusable tool!

Not only is the Run for Clean Air green, it is fun. Unique highlights include:
*PECO Smart Ideas with 150 LED light bulb packets to the first 150 visitors
*Wrapped SEPTA hybrid bus with free shoelaces and SEPTA  games with prizes
