Evil Genius Brewery, Under the El Bazaar, Chalk of the Town — Evil Genius Beer Company will host a beer tent featuring its specialty brews, with its Beer Garden open throughout the event and live music following the Bazaar.

Fishtown District invites residents and visitors to experience a colorful celebration of creativity, community and local businesses at Under the El Bazaar: Chalk of the Town on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from Noon to 6:00pm, along the 1700 block of North Front Street in Fishtown. This is the first of three in the series for Under the El Bazaar, with the other two scheduled for Saturday, July 18th and August 15th. Each month look for food, drink, live music, outdoor art, vendors, shopping and other surprises. Each event is family and fido friendly - and open to the public. Under the El is no charge to attend, with food, drink and shopping pay-as-you-go. Under the El Bazaar: Chalk of the Town
For the first Under the El Bazaar for 2026, Fishtown District will transform the street into a vibrant outdoor gallery as talented local artists create large-scale chalk masterpieces directly on the pavement throughout the day. Guests can stroll through the open-air event, watch artwork come to life, shop local vendors, enjoy live music, and take part in family-friendly activities, including a dedicated chalk area for children.

In addition to the live art demonstrations, attendees can enjoy food and drink specials from some of Fishtown's favorite destinations:

International Bar will serve handmade crepes from its outdoor grill.
Percy Diner & Bar will feature an outdoor pizza station and drink specials.
Evil Genius Beer Company will host a beer tent featuring its specialty brews, with its Beer Garden open throughout the event and live music following the Bazaar.
LMNO will offer walking tacos and margaritas.
Mecha Noodle Bar will feature both indoor and outdoor food and drink specials.
Pure Green will host a pop-up tent during the event and keep the energy going with a DJ afterward.
