Restaurant veterans Fergie Carey and Shane Dodd, along with bartender and DJ Dave Dollinger, are proud to announce their newest concept, The Fairview, now open in the Fairmount neighborhood. Residing in the former Belgian Café, this completely re-imagined space features a bright and airy interior, funky and comfortable design elements, and an outstanding menu with comfort food sure to please carnivores and vegans alike. Executive Chef Beth Fox, formerly of St. Benjamin’s Brewing Company and Rogue, is excited to bring an “American Melting Pot” style to the Fairview menu. Highlights include the Pho French Dip, Vegan Green Chile Cheeseburger Empanadas, and Tikka Masala Flatbread. At the bar, look for an approachable and affordable wine program, both high end and macro beer choices, and exciting twists on classic cocktails.
