Bucks County Food & Wine Festival Debuts at Parx Casino® with Guest Appearance by Food Network Chef Marc Murphy
/Parx Casino®, in partnership with Visit Bucks County and Visit Philadelphia, announces the Inaugural Bucks County Food & Wine Festival on Friday, May 17, 2019 and Saturday, May 18, 2019. Local chefs, restaurants and breweries, plus acclaimed West Coast and international wineries, will celebrate a weekend filled with delicious food, fine wine and local brews. Look for a special guest appearance by world-renowned chef, restaurateur, and judge on The Food Network's hit TV show Chopped, Marc Murphy. Experience the wonderful cuisine that represents the best of Bucks County and the surrounding area. Don’t miss everything from tastings, judging, wine seminars and even celebrity chef cook-offs. Participating restaurants include Parxgrill, Oliveto, Liberty Bell Gastropub, Nectar, Logan Inn, King George II Inn, Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar, The Common PHL and many others. The Friday night kick-off Liberty Bell Burgers & Brews is $50 per person. Tickets for Saturday’s main Festival are $75 per person. Weekend passes are $110 per person. All festival proceeds go directly to Libertae, Inc. an addiction and recovery treatment center for women and their children throughout Pennsylvania. During the Festival, look for the official opening of the glass roof-top on Parx Beer Garden for the 2019 summer season (weather permitting).

Celebrity guest Chef Marc Murphy will be joined by area notable chefs, including Executive Chef Frank Perko of Parx Casino®, Oliveto, Liberty Bell Gastropub, Parxgrill; Chef Tim Amoroso of Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar; Chef Joe Zhou of AZ Gourmet; Chef Rich Furino of Taphouse 23; and Chef Fabian Quiroes of King George II Inn.
