The '90s Are Back at Parx: Milli Vanilli, C+C Music Factory, Vanilla Ice, Jodeci, Fuel & Lit
/Parx Casino®, Pennsylvania's #1 casino, announces four brand-new shows for the Xcite Center this fall, turning back the clock to the decade of mixtapes, MTV and sing-it-at-the-top-of-your-lungs choruses. Bucks County and Philadelphia will be seeing stars with performances by Vanilla Ice, Milli Vanilli (feat. Fab Morvan), C+C Music Factory and Young MC on the I Love the 90's Tour; Sebastian Bach with special guest Steven Adler of Guns N' Roses; Fuel and Lit; and Jodeci on their 35th Anniversary Tour of Forever My Lady.
The lineup covers nearly every corner of the era's soundtrack. There are the hip-hop and dance anthems that packed every club and school dance, the arena-sized metal that roared from the '80s into the '90s, the alt-rock hits that owned modern rock radio, and the smooth harmonies of new jack swing. Whether fans grew up with a boombox, a Walkman or a wall of posters, there's a night on the calendar with their name on it.

I Love the 90's Tour
Saturday, September 26, 2026 • 7:30pm • Xcite Center
Get ready to throw it back to the decade that defined a generation. The I Love the 90's Tour delivers a high energy night of iconic hits and nonstop nostalgia. Headlined by hip hop legend Vanilla Ice, known for the global smash "Ice Ice Baby", the tour also features chart-topper Milli Vanilli with classics like "Girl You Know It's True" and "Blame It on the Rain". From old school beats to feel good throwbacks, this is more than a concert, it is a full on 90s party that will have you dancing all night.
Leading the charge is the man who took hip-hop to the top of the pop charts.
VANILLA ICE
The iconic Robert Van Winkle aka Vanilla Ice exploded on the Rap/Pop music scene in 1990/91 selling 10 million albums in 4 months and hitting number one on the Billboard charts with the number one single "Ice Ice Baby and number one album positions. His worldwide album sales are over 25 million and individual songs total over 160 million and are still selling. Vanilla Ice won 2 MTV Awards, a People's Choice Award, and was nominated for a Grammy. Vanilla Ice has starred or appeared in the movies Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, Cool As Ice, The Helix Loaded, The New Guy, The Bros, Big Money Hustlas, That's My Boy and Ridiculous Six and Sandy with Adam Sandler.
Next up is one of the most talked-about stories in pop history, now in a remarkable new chapter.
MILLI VANILLI
Paris-born Fabrice Morvan first met his future partner, Rob Pilatus, in Munich at a local club. The two penniless teenagers--17 and 19 years old--jumped at the chance to sign a contract with German producer Frank Farian. Within months, they had created a captivating stage show that would go on to amaze millions.
Milli Vanilli sold more than 7 million copies of their debut album, Girl You Know It's True, in the U.S. alone. The duo quickly rose to MTV stardom, becoming one of the biggest musical acts of the late 1980s and early 1990s, with worldwide sales exceeding 30 million singles and 10 million albums. Along the way, they became embroiled in a notorious lip-synching scandal, which ultimately led them to publicly return their Grammy Award for Best New Artist.
Fab Morvan
For decades, Fab Morvan has been at the center of one of pop culture's most infamous controversies. With his recent Grammy nomination, his journey of resilience and reinvention has entered a powerful new chapter. Today, his story resonates more than ever--one of redemption, honesty, and the courage to reclaim his own voice.
Grammy Nomination – A Historic Moment
In November 2025, Fab received a Grammy nomination for his memoir You Know It's True: The Real Story of Milli Vanilli in the category of Best Audiobook, Narration & Storytelling Recording. This marks a major full-circle moment in one of the most talked-about stories in pop culture. The nomination represents an artistic rebirth after decades of public scrutiny.
A Comeback Defined by Courage, Not Controversy
Fab has spent the last decade building a new life focused on health, discipline, artistry, fatherhood, and entrepreneurship. This nomination is a signal that the industry and the world are finally ready to hear his true story -- beyond the headlines.
Then it's time to clear the aisles, because everybody's going to dance now.
C+C MUSIC FACTORY
EVERYBODY DANCE NOW!!...With over 8 million units sold, it was and still is today, the song heard round the world! As the front man and co-founder of the international multi-platinum selling group C and C Music Factory, Freedom Williams has traveled and performed around the world extensively, and has yet to meet a crowd that he couldn't captivate. His performing abilities are just one of the things that keep the crowds mesmerized. Freedom was born in Bedford Stuyvesant in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Queens, New York which is where it all began. Queens, New York has been the home to some of the greatest rappers and entertainers to ever grace a stage.
Freedom went to Junior High School in Hollis, Queens, home to RUN-DMC, Jam Master Jay, and L.L. Cool J. Freedom wasn't just a watcher of Hip-Hop culture; he was one of the innovators and early hands-on creators. He would rock basement parties as MC Tiny Tim, a name he took from the 70's and 80's funk group The Fat Back Band and their song entitled "King Tim the 3rd," which predated Sugar Hill's "Rappers Delight" as the first commercially successful Rap record.
Freedom's first commercially successful single was put out on the independent label Nu-Groove Records owned by Frank and Judy Russell he was featured as a guest vocalist. Def Jam records executive Kelly Monaghan, introduced Freedom to them. Interestingly enough, the song was called "Rise to Freedom," which was produced by the 7 member, house music super group, Total Science out of East New York. The single featured Underground Network founder Barbara Tucker.
Freedom's second single entitled "Get-Dumb," which was distributed by Vendetta/A&M Records and co-produced by Kenny "Dope" Gonzalez of the now famous Masters at Work tandem (which also includes Little Louis Vega), was on the B-side of the hit song "You're my One And Only (True Love)" by Seduction, which was put together by mega-hit producers Clivilles and Cole. Shortly thereafter, Freedom, Cole and Clivilles would form C and C Music Factory featuring Freedom Williams. As soon as Rob and Dave (Clivilles and Cole) heard Freedom rap, it was a wrap. With five #1 Dance/Club Play hits, including "Gonna Make You Sweat" (Everybody Dance Now), "Rock N Roll", Things That Make You Go Hmmm", "Just a Touch of Love" and "Do You Wanna Get Funky" in the early to mid 1990s, it is hard to argue that fact.
And if you want it, you got it. Rounding out the night is the Grammy winner behind one of hip-hop's most irresistible party starters.
YOUNG MC
Rapper Marvin Young grew up middle-class and earned a degree in economics from USC, where he met Michael Ross and Matt Dike, co-founders of the fledgling Delicious Vinyl rap label. He made his debut as Young MC on the single "I Let 'Em Know." In 1989, Young collaborated with Tone-Loc on "Wild Thing," the first Top Ten pop hit for a black rapper, and the follow-up smash "Funky Cold Medina." Young stepped out on his own later in the year with the Top Ten smash "Bust a Move," a good-natured examination of romantic successes and failures spiced by his sense of humor and quick-tongued rapping. The song won a Grammy for Best Rap Performance, and its strong pop appeal helped the attendant album, Stone Cold Rhymin', go platinum. The follow-up, "Principal's Office," was a humorous, everyday high-school tale resembling a Chuck Berry plot, and also climbed into the Top 40.
Following Young's success, he split acrimoniously from Delicious Vinyl, citing restrictions on his work and unwanted tinkering with his album; the label sued him for breach of contract and eventually settled out of court. Young signed with Capitol and released Brainstorm in 1991, expanding into message tracks promoting personal responsibility. The album didn't fare as well, and by 1993, audience tastes had shifted toward harder-edged hip-hop, rendering What's the Flavor? a flop. In late 2000, he returned with Ain't Going Out Like That on the indie label Young Man Moving. It didn't make much of an impression in the rap world, but Young continued to release independent albums, including Engage the Enzyme (2002), Adrenaline Flow (2007), and Relentless (2009), throughout the decade. In 2009, he made an appearance in the Oscar-nominated film Up in the Air.
One month later, the hair comes out and the volume goes up. Skid Row's original voice, one of the most recognizable screams in rock history, takes the Xcite Center stage with a founding member of Guns N' Roses along for the ride.
Sebastian Bach
with special guest Steven Adler of Guns N' Roses
Friday, October 23, 2026 • 8pm • Xcite Center
With an inimitable presence as loud as his instantly identifiable voice, Sebastian Bach has left a San Andreas Fault-size imprint on music, theater, film, television, and culture. Moreover, his influence only continues to magnify.
He has penned and voiced some of the most iconic anthems in rock history, crafting a catalog highlighted by generational hits such as "18 and Life," "I Remember You," "Youth Gone Wild", "Slave To The Grind", "Wasted Time," and "Monkey Business," to name a few. He has made history as "the first heavy metal singer on Broadway" with a now legendary turn in Jekyll & Hyde: The Musical in addition to leading roles in The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Jesus Christ Superstar. He has appeared in dozens of television series and films, ranging from Trailer Park Boys and Robot Chicken to Spongebob Squarepants, The Masked Singer, and Hell's Kitchen. Speaking to his versatility, he's the rare force of nature who can duet with Axl Rose and reprise a seven-season recurring role on Gilmore girls.
After selling tens of millions of albums, generating billions of streams, toppling charts, and packing arenas and amphitheaters around the world, he does what he does best on his long-awaited sixth full-length album, Child Within the Man [Reigning Phoenix Music].
Sebastian's return was long overdue, to say the least.
He dropped his last solo record, Give 'Em Hell, in 2014. Since then, he remained as busy as ever on the road. He launched popular tours such as 18 and LIVE as well as celebratory 30th anniversary jaunts in honor of the self-titled Skid Row and Slave To The Grind, performing each classic in its entirety. Not to mention, he unveiled his acclaimed autobiography 18 and Life on Skid Row.
Along the way, he carefully assembled what would become Child Within the Man with none other than powerhouse producer Michael "Elvis" Baskette [Mammoth WVH, Alter Bridge] behind the board. He proved to be the perfect fit both sonically and philosophically. Rather than record on the West Coast, Sebastian and his cohorts Devin Bronson [guitar], Todd Kerns [bass], and Jeremy Colson [drums] decamped to Florida and holed up at Elvis's Studio Barbarosa.
They invariably benefited from living, writing, and recording together under one roof--a first for Sebastian.
In the end, Sebastian Bach has returned with his most unapologetic and undeniable offering yet. "'Child Within the Man' sounds like an album from the '70s in a video from the '80s on the internet in 2024" he leaves off. "It was made by real musicians, a real producer, and mastered with real dynamics. It's meant to sound big. In some ways, I've been working on this one for 35 years. I'm coming to unite everyone under this album, and we're going to have a rock n' roll party. I want this to represent my whole career so far, now, and the future. It's just me, my friends, my family and all of YOU who have been rockin' HARD with me since 1989.... the FIRST 35 years that is!"
Don't miss your chance to see him LIVE at the Xcite Center. Doors open at 7pm.
Keeping the amps turned up into November, two of the bands that defined late-'90s rock radio share one bill.
Fuel & Lit
Friday, November 6, 2026 • 8pm • Xcite Center
First, a comeback story decades in the making.
FUEL
Destiny unfolds unexpectedly. However, it pushes us exactly where we're supposed to be at just the right time. In this respect, you could say the 2021 rebirth of GRAMMY® Award-nominated multi platinum rock band Fuel was simply meant to be. After rebuilding their brotherhood, founder, guitarist, and songwriter Carl Bell and longtime drummer Kevin Miller didn't just celebrate their history together. They rushed into the future joined by new blood--Aaron Scott [lead vocals, guitar], Mark Klotz [guitar, vocals], and Tommy Nat [bass, vocals]--and armed with their first album together in 18 years, Ånomåly. Sharing the bill is the SoCal band that gave a generation its favorite anthem about getting in your own way.
LIT
Lit is considered one of the preeminent bands to have come out of the post-grunge era of the late 90's and helped define an entire generation of SoCal power punk with hard-charging hits like "My Own Worst Enemy," "Miserable," "Zip-Lock,", and "Lipstick & Bruises." The band has released 6 worldwide studio albums, including their RIAA Certified Platinum A Place in the Sun, and they are currently writing and recording to release new material.
Don't miss your chance to see Fuel & Lit LIVE at the #1 Casino in Pennsylvania! Doors open at 7pm.
