Cavanaugh's River Deck has been transformed into the Haunted Pier for October for Spooky Season. The decades-old haunt for generations of Philadelphians is back with over-the-top-decorations, giant skeletons, moving antitronics, flying ghosts, themed drinks and hearty fall food additions from the kitchen.
