Stina BYO, Philly’s restaurant with a social mission, will continue their monthly Guest Chef Series Charity Dinner on Tuesday, June 21st from 4:00pm to 10:00pm featuring Hardena’s Chef and Co-Owner Diana Widjojo. This Philly Gay Pride Month edition of Stina’s monthly series will benefit the Attic Youth Center, with 20% of sales donated to this local organization dedicated to serving LGBTQ+ youth and allies. After nearly a year of sold-out events, Stina is honored to open its kitchen to Chef Widjojo, who will work with Stina's owner Chef Bobby Saritsoglou on a delicious multi course, prix fixe menu. Stina Announces Monthly Guest Chef Charity Dinners with David Ansill, Joncarl Lachman and Phila Lorn

Stina BYO Chef Bobby Saritsoglou announces a brand new monthly Stina Guest Chef Series and Charity Dinner with three of Philly's finest chefs raising money in September, October and November for a different cause each month. Chef Phila Lorn will kick things off on Thursday, September 30th, with a dinner collaboration menu that will benefit Cambodian American Girls Empowering. For the second month, Stina will partner with Chef Joncarl Lachman of Noord and Winkel on Tuesday, October 28th. For the final fall event, Stina will partner with Chef David Ansill on Tuesday, November 30th. Each event will feature Stickman Brews, who will curate the evenings beer list to pair with the menus every month. For the September launch menu, guests will enjoy an eight course menu with dishes from Lorn and Saritsoglou for $65 per person, with an optional add on beer tasting with Stickman Brews for $10 per person.

Stina BYO Chef Bobby Saritsoglou joins forces with Chef Ari Miller of Musi on Tuesday, June 29th for a four-course collaboration dinner to raise money for The Attic Youth Center - as part of Philly Gay Pride Month and Stina’s Two Year Anniversary. The special menu for one night only includes options, such as Marinated Feta & Charred Lettuces, Fish Kebab Roasted in Fig Leaf. Malted Grain, Red Tahina. Dry-Aged Duck, Mint & Cherry Zhoug and Black Lime Malabi Charred Fruit & Olive Oil. Stickman Brews will also host a pop-up during the event with four beer pairings for each course, for only $10 for 8 ounce pours, or $5 for full-sized a la carte 16 ounce pours. Twenty percent of the evening's sales will go to Stina's June beneficiary, The Attic Youth Center to support programs for Philadelphia’s LGBTQ youth.
