East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District (EPABID) cooks up the first-ever East Passyunk Restaurant Week on Sunday, February 24 through Saturday, March 2, 2013.  Twenty-one award-winning restaurants along Philadelphia’s “Food Neighborhood of the Year” (Zagat) will serve up three course, value priced brunch, lunch and dinner menus for $15, $25 and $35.
